Project Coordinator
Monarch Site Services is seeking an energetic, detailed oriented person to join our San Antonio team as a Project Coordinator. This is a temporary, project specific position, with the possibility of permanent employment at the end of the project. Monarch performs commercial and residential construction, environmental remediation, and demolition. We have offices in San Antonio and Denver, Colorado. Duties include supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily paperwork and permitting requirements, coordinating subcontractors, working with the safety consultant to implement and enforce safety plan, and coordinating and communicating the project schedule. Minimum qualifications include three (3) years experience in commercial construction, knowledge of OSHA requirements, excellent organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills. OSHA 30-hour training is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus.

This Executive Administrative Assistant position will support our Detention Systems Division and approximately 15 managers and staff. Will ensure the department operates smoothly during the supervisor's absence. Duties will include: screen phone calls, generate a variety of documents, handle department's daily mail and packages, maintain calendars, schedules, meeting agendas and minutes, reports, manuals, filing, bills, invoices, PO’s, insurance and bonding, marketing materials. 5+ years admin experience in listed duties required.
Maintenance Electrician
Individual will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work across multiple commercial buildings on our Corporate Headquarters property. This will include, at a minimum: repair and install wiring, electrical fixtures, data lines, and apparatus, plan new installations and modifications, follow appropriate electrical codes, repair telecommunication and data line systems, monitor HVAC and repair as necessary, troubleshoot outages and other malfunctions. Must possess at Texas Journeyman Electrician license and 5+ years experience in commercial building maintenance. Must possess a personal set of all necessary tools, have reliable transportation, and be willing and able to remain on call and make repairs outside of regular working hours as necessary.
