DESCRIPTION:
Privately held construction company based in San Antonio, Texas is currently seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, task centered receptionist. Background check and pre-employment drug screen is required. Pay is $10 - $12 / Hour + benefits, after a 60 day waiting period. Hours: 8am-5pm Monday – Friday. Minimal overtime may be required at times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer all incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner.
Screen and route callers efficiently and accurately to appropriate person/department or voicemail.
Route office correspondence accurately, including faxes and mail to appropriate person or department.
Manage outgoing mail, courier, and overnight packages.
Organize, maintain, and update files for various departments both physically and electronically.
Print, copy, sort, assemble, pack and/or modify materials as needed.
Provide documentation support, data entry, spreadsheet entry and / or other special projects as needed for various departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalency

Normal jobsite hours: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. After hours and weekend work is probable and expected on a rotating basis.
Summary:
Responsible for and dedicated to on site safety on UTSA projects.
Essential duties:
- Provide Daily Safety Inspections of Project and document / follow up in Safety Net System
- Provide/Assist in On Site Orientation Program
- Document and Track Certifications and Documentation from Subcontractors
- Distribute and maintain inspection reports
- Assist with investigating/documenting accidents and injuries
- Collect outside documentation if necessary
- Maintain accident log for both employees and subcontractors
- Support superintendents with Toolbox Talks
- Train employees one-on-one when necessary
- Inspect jobsite equipment (overall condition, grease fittings, etc.)
- Fill in as needed for safety training: new hires, OSHA 10-hour, CPR and First Aid
- May operate heavy equipment such as skid steer, backhoe, scissor lift and forklift

Education and/or experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Primary experience during the most recent six (6) years must include at least five (5) years dedicated solely to building construction safety.
- Must have practical knowledge, working experience and documented continuing education in the following: fall protection, scaffolding, excavations, confined spaces, crane/equipment operations, electrical, incident investigation, and other such safety/health training.

Accounts Receivable/Contracts Administrator
