This valuable resource tool is a wonderful means to advertise your company. The advertisement placement period usually opens in October and ends in February in order to have the directory ready for printing in April. This publication is restricted to member advertising only.

The newsletter is broken down into nine sections: Board of Directors List, The Current Years Partners, A Message from the Chapter President, Upcoming Events, A Message from the Chapter Chairman, Event News and Photos, Accounting Information, Legal Information and New Member Listing. Your advertisement will get noticed because everyone wants to see the photos and results of the various competitions at our networking events when it arrives in the mail. This calendar is a listing of the current week's projects and their Project Number, Number of Available Addenda, Planroom Box Location, Bid Date and Time, and Bid City. This publication is utilized by the entire membership via email or fax and is sent out to every Thursday. It is a great way to make announcements: employee promotions, events, job listings, etc. This publication is open to members and non-members.
