Emergency Relief Drive for Flood Victims

Here’s how you can help right now:

Volunteer Opportunity-July 19:  If anyone is free this Saturday and wanting to go with a group of to volunteer in Kerrville (Hunt TX), please reach out to Mark Baublit: [email protected].  They  will meet at the camp at 9:30am, so plan to hit Ingram by 8:45am to get through the check point. 

Help Needed in Sandy Creek:

this is is currently needed:

~medical team with iv supplies- 500ml saline bags and iv starters- we've got at least 75-80 sar guys out here daily... we've got 1 rn right now for medical, yesterday we had a couple army medics and were able to administer a couple ivs but the medics were just passing through and we desperately need a team setup here..

~vet with wash station to decon k9s & check on horses

~equipment- skid steers with grapples, excavators with thumbs, side by sides

~sar volunteers to walk... preferably trained or at least a good skill set

~couple extra tables and some folding chairs

~certified k9s

~volunteers to work on damaged homes. got one right now that has a backed up well/septic system and desperately needs help

~dump trucks, trailers, strong arms to haul off debris

~chainsaws, shovels, rakes and buckets

this is a private ranch and there is room to setup here. there's no power hookups but the ones we have out here brought generators. we do have a community room that has air mattresses & sleeping bags, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

camp la junta assistance needs: this camp is located in hunt, tx.  they lost several buildings, and seem to be the site where lots of the debris from upstream landed.   our biggest need right now is to remove all the debris from here. so machinery, dump trucks, roll offs, and hands are all needed.. next, we will focus on rebuilding and will have a whole different set of needs then.   link to their camp with address:  https://www.lajunta.com/
